Our Founder

Angélica María Morales is a devoted wife, stepmother, and proud adoptive mother whose life and career are guided by purpose, integrity, and vision. She entered the real estate industry in 2018, inspired by a genuine passion for helping others build lasting legacies through property ownership.


This journey has been made possible, in great part, by the support of an exceptional life partner whose encouragement, values, and shared vision have been a constant source of strength. Together, they have built a foundation rooted in faith, trust, and mutual commitment—principles that also guide Angélica’s professional path.


By 2019, her unwavering commitment to excellence and refined client service led her to found AR Real Estate, now known as A&R Realty Group, LLC—a boutique firm distinguished by its personalized approach, discretion, and high-level market expertise.
